- Offer corporate relocation services-member of Employee Relocation Council
- Offer an inviting water front office with full visible exposure.
- Constantly keep the seller informed.
- A fully staffed office to assist your individual needs.
- Active participant of the Multiple listing Service MLS.
- Provide quality and attractive color brochures, flyers and postcards.
- Highlight showings by illustrating the best features.
- Coordinate and promote Realtors open house.
- Present an objective, third party viewpoint.
- Quality and counsel serious buyers toward a decision.
- Keep up to date with the best financing available.
- Synchronize buyer/seller transactions.
- Assist with all the steps involved with the closing – from start to finish.
- Schedule and follow through on all needed inspections and repairs.
- Handle any and all complications that occurs through this process…from before the contract to after the settlements.
- Arrange to relocate sellers when applicable and take advantage of the Rental Management division, including such programs as Employee Relocation to accomplish this goal.
